At CTC we stand behind the quality of our products. Our commitment is to provide you with the highest quality materials and workmanship that will give you years of comfort, service and style. If you need to return your purchase, please follow the instructions below.

returnable items
CTC warrants furniture frames to be free of manufacturing defects for the life of the product under normal, noncommercial use.

CTC warrants cushions against loss of resiliency for 1 year from the invoice date under normal, noncommercial use. Please note that fiber will relax with normal use.

CTC warrants the workmanship of zippers and seam slippage up to 1 year under normal, noncommercial use. The fabrics themselves are not warranted due to the unique properties of each type of fabric and how they are cleaned. Suggested cleaning instructions are indicated on sewn-in care labels on all of our products.

damages
If your package arrives to you damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Upon notification we will make arrangements to have the damaged piece(s) picked up and replaced. Please do not refuse any shipments. Refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges.

returns
To return your purchase, please contact us for instruction. Please indicate your original invoice number or the original purchase order number. If damaged, please indicate nature of problem. Return Authorization will be acknowledged in writing.

**A 25% Restocking Fee will apply for merchandise returned**

Once you receive Return Authorization, please pack & seal item(s) in their original packaging. CTC takes measures to ensure our products arrive to you in the best condition. We expect any product being returned to be adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit. Merchandise that is damaged in the return process cannot be inspected properly and may result in a credit not being issued.

CTC requires that packages be returned prepaid via UPS or FedEx so tracking information or proof of delivery can be provided in the event of lost packages. CTC will not be held responsible for returns that are lost in shipping. CTC will advise you if a Call Tag can be issued for your return. Please allow several weeks for Call Tags to be issued.

**CTC has the right to refuse ANY returned merchandise without prior written approval**

Replacements can be ordered, but credits will not be issued until merchandise is received, inspected and credit memo is issued. Deductions can only be taken with credit memo reference. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your account to be credited and/or for replacement merchandise to be shipped.

**Please note all returns must be sent in their original packaging**
